Which Wall Cladding Sheet is right for you and your project?
All our sheets are available in the sizes 8ft x 4ft or 10ft x 4ft and are the Industry Leading thickness of 3mm. Each of the materials is excellent in the right place and will provide an easy to clean and maintain surface.
The properties of each material shown below will help you decide which one is right for you and your project.
Polyprop (Parlour Board) is used mainly in outbuildings where a Fire Rated Sheet isn't required. Excellent budget sheet with a very High Impact Strength Rating. This Sheet needs to be mechanically fixed using Drive Rivets through the Sheets as it will not accept adhesive. It is BS476 Part 7 Class 4 Fire Rated.
Low Density PVC is a great budget sheet for the use of tidying up unsightly walls where price is essential. It has a hard gloss surface and can be cut easily with a Stanley Knife to aid installation. Adhesive can be used to provide a flatter, more solid finish. It is BS476 Part 7 Class 1 Fire Rated.
Medium Density PVC is our most popular sheet and offers excellent value. It has a very hard, durable, white gloss surface and again cuts easily with a Stanley Knife to simplify installation. Heavier than our Low Density Sheet, it will take more abuse and will give a longer term result. Again, it can be used with Adhesive to give a flatter, more solid finish. It is BS476 Part 7 Class 1 Fire Rated.
High Density PVC is our heaviest and most solid sheet. It is good with adhesive, has a hard satin finish and cuts with a fine tooth saw or Jigsaw. Use in areas of high abuse where budget will allow for the extra weight of material. It is BS476 Part 7 Class 1 and Part 6 Class 0 Fire Rated. HPL wall cladding is also popular in the world.
